### Terminal Error Source (Not a Code Issue)

The terminal errors (`cd: /opt/data/workspace/.worktrees/subagent-sa-0-9fbb88b2: No such file or directory`) are due to worktree cleanup, not code problems. The actual scripts don't need `cd` commands - they use absolute paths and work correctly.
