Carried over from the GitHub App setup. Both reference secrets.CLAUDE_CODE_OAUTH_TOKEN
(a repo secret, no literal keys). To activate on this repo: install the Claude
GitHub App and set the CLAUDE_CODE_OAUTH_TOKEN secret.
