Forge restored as the default batch engine (and documented: farmhouse/forge). New: routes/farmhouse_phase.py and ui/phase-sim.html (four saved decks play real Commander games on the phase-rs engine; wins by seat, 95% interval, warnings), reference copies of the phase-sim service, Dockerfiles, deployment and the llm-seat crate (model-driven seats that choose among the engine's own legal options, with fallback to phase's AI and a call cap) under farmhouse/phase. Patches registered in lab_api.py, linked from the home page; Forge batches clamped to one thread.

Researched from public sources only; nothing run or vendored. phase: rules engine, headless ai-duel, phase-llm model seats speaking the System One protocol (Laya/Kev), 96% of the saved decks' cards supported. playtester: browser app on phase, no licence file.

farmhouse_laya.py: Laya as a second opinion over Forge's concrete candidate ids (shadow by default; assist never overrides a pick Forge tagged stops_immediate_win/wins_now), two extra typed questions in the same forward pass, a laya-shadow-v1 capture log, batched cached card-role classification. scripts/farmhouse_laya_dataset.py turns the capture log into train/valid files with the baselines to beat; farmhouse_laya_roles_eval.py measures role accuracy. Hooks into farmhouse_decide.py. Reference copies of the Laya image, manifests and CI in farmhouse/laya/. docs/LAYA-CONNECTIONS.md. 39 offline tests. All off by default.
The matching hook in routes/policy.py is in the working tree only: that route belongs to the pending strategic-evaluator work.

That commit also picked up uncommitted work from another editor of the same working tree (strategic_context.py and candidate_actions), importing a module that is not in the repository. This restores the file to the decision wiring alone; the other work is untouched in the working tree.

farmhouse_decide.py asks a /v1/systemone server which action to take; DECISION_MODE=shadow records agreement with the LLM, assist uses it when DECISION_MIN_CONF sure; off by default. scripts/farmhouse_decision_eval.py replays recorded decisions through it. 17 offline tests.

Starts from upstream 54cc5e9. Cards reach the simulator with type and text (filled from the Scryfall bulk DB) and the right quantities; the LLM engine asks several questions per turn and with reasoning off; Moxfield and Archidekt deck links work in every import and card names resolve locally; deck builds are fitted to the commander's colour identity; Scryfall format/User-Agent/429 handling fixed; coach init fixed.
