Plan 006 step 2. Reconstructs fires from the event stream (submit[buy] -> fill
-> close), population-filters via strategy/population.py, and applies three pure
interventions counterfactually on the bar path: time_stop, probe_add, asym_exit
(the last through strategy.exits.simulate_exit ONLY). Hard fidelity: +1-tick
adverse fills on entry AND stop, spread_proxy = median quiet-bar high-low, stop
floor = max(atr_frac*ATR14, spread_mult*spread_proxy). rank_one_bullet is
receipts-only and starves (documented) without plan-005 rank. Idempotent via PK
+ ON CONFLICT. Anti-slippage-artifact regression (test #2) green: a
zero-slippage-profitable path LOSES under adverse fills.
