deploy/helm predates the service split (loop/dashboard/admin/qabot/transcripts/scheduler), the session gate, dual-registry images, and the env-flag inventory (TRADING_AUTO_APPROVE etc. — see deploy/README.md). Refresh to mirror docker-compose.yml service-for-service; third deployment mode after compose (canonical) and systemd (local).
