Learning harness + tunable timing knobs (diagnose 'always late')

- learn_params.py: grid-search the strategy timing/threshold knobs over stored
  sessions, ranking by total P&L AND 'entry_min' (minutes after the open the
  entry fires) — a learning method to find params that enter earlier while
  staying green.
- evaluate_setup(min_bars=...) + BacktestEngine(ready_score_pct/criteria/min_bars)
  now tunable; watcher passes WATCHER_MIN_BARS through (was a no-op: evaluator
  hard-coded 10).

Sweep finding: even the earliest params enter ~28-30 min after the open
(baseline ~33) because the first-pullback setup waits for a pullback to FORM.
Cadence/min_bars are not the bottleneck — the setup design is. Genuine earliness
needs a fast opening-breakout trigger + more historical sessions to learn from.

#!/usr/bin/env python3
"""learn_params.py — learn strategy parameters that enter EARLIER while staying
profitable, by back-testing a grid of them over the stored historical sessions.
The system is structurally 'late': the default warmup_bars=15 + evaluator
min_bars=10 + eval_every=5 mean it doesn't even look at a name until ~15 minutes
in and only checks every 5 — so small-cap moves that happen in the first 5-15
minutes are already over. This grid-searches those knobs (plus the
ready-score / gap / RVOL thresholds) against the minute bars in Postgres and
ranks param sets by total P&L AND by 'entry_min' (minutes after the 09:30 open
the average entry fires), so you can pick a config that catches more of the move.
PYTHONPATH=. /home/philip/.venvs/momentum/bin/python learn_params.py
NOTE: quality of the 'learning' scales with how many historical RTH sessions are
in the DB. With only a day or two it is illustrative; backfill more days (or let
the live loop accumulate them) for a robust optimum.
