chore: close the news-scorer deviation in the live test freeze as adopted baseline

The reactive-coverage cap (3e523e1) has run unchanged since it went live at
10:10 ET on 2026-10-02, so it is part of the strategy under test rather than an
open deviation; only TNON that morning traded without it. Dated closed with a
resolution note so the daily report stops listing it.
