chore: note the TrueNAS Ollama outage as a known deviation in the live test

The host ran out of memory (843 MiB free; Ollama held 7.8 GB at a 131k context)
and the owner turned ollama2 off on 2026-09-30 evening. Strategy settings are
unchanged, but the LLM catalyst score is inert while it is off, and the
dilution veto falls back to its regex floor.
