Subject: [PATCH] fix: tradier stack compose must pin ALPACA_DATA_FEED=sip

Fresh DB has no config_overrides row, so without the compose-level pin the
parallel stack falls back to the thin IEX feed and its rvol/volume decisions
diverge from the main stack (which carries feed=sip in the DB).
